Around 1885, Reading Hardware Company produced the very popular Windsor door hardware line. The finest Victorian homes rushed to upgrade to the stylish design.
This plate is lost wax cast in solid brass, and available in two finishes. Choose our darkened Antique Brass Finish to show the pattern's excellent detail, or our matte black Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish to blend in with iron hardware.

To make a 2 3⁄8" backset tubular privacy set, use our tubular deadbolt with our tubular passage latch.
This door plate can also be used with any locking deadbolt mechanism that uses a ¼" square shaft, such as our Windsor entry lock. Or use our Windsor Pattern
2 5⁄8" backset turnlatch mortise lock or 2 ¼" backset turnlatch mortise lock for an interior privacy door.
