Windsor was designed by the Reading Hardware Co, circa 1885. We created this passage latch to go with our line of Windsor door hardware.
Passage latch set for any pair of doorknobs or lever handles that have a square shaft 1/4" to 9/32" square (threaded or not threaded).
Our cam bit is star broached, so a square shaft can be inserted either on the square or the diamond. This is very convenient if your doorknob has a decorative design that you need to keep "straight".

Latch Face: 1" wide x 2 ¼" tall.

Catch Plate: 1" wide x 2 ¾" tall.
Installation: Latch can be installed by drilling a 7/8" hole, then recessing the wood for the latch face.
