More a work of art than a simple doorknobs and backplates set.  The antique original is marked "Russwin" (formerly R&E), the famous Russell & Erwin manufacturers.  We assume that the originals were custom made, not a stock item.  The Morris influence is strong in this design.

This interior tubular privacy set locks from one side using a turnlatch.  This set is for those who don't want to mortise out a door for a full mortise box lock.  Instead, this set comes with a tubular passage latch and a tubular deadbolt.

The complete door set is available in our hand-finished, mellow brown, Antique Brass Finish {PICTURED}, or our matte black Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish.  Also available in our bold Two-Tone Black & Brass Finish.

Each Set Includes:

• 1 Doorplate with Lower Knob Only Function
• 1 Doorplate with Turnlatch Function
• 2 Doorknobs with the Connecting Spindle
• 1 Tubular Passage Latch
• 1 Tubular Deadbolt Latch
• 1 Catchplate for Both Deadbolt and Passage Latch

Measurements:

• Door Plates:  2 ⁵⁄₈" wide by 17 ³⁄₈" long.
• Doorknobs:  2 ¼" diameter; each projects 1 ¾".
• Passage Latch:
  • Backset:  2 ³⁄₈"
  • Latch Face:  1" x 2 ¼"
  • Latch can be installed by drilling a ⁷⁄₈" hole, then recessing the wood for the 1"x 2 ¼" latch face.
• Deadbolt:
  • Backset:  2 ³⁄₈"
  • Case:  3 ¼" long x ¹³⁄₁₆" tall x ⁹⁄₁₆" deep.
  • Deadbolt Face:  2 ¼" x 1 ¹⁄₁₆"
• Catchplate:  4 ½" tall x 1" wide (minus tongue).

Mounting screws are included for each piece of hardware in this set.
