With its potential for up to 800 watts, this is an excellent chandelier for very large rooms, or rooms with very high ceilings.  Combination gas and electric fixtures were made at the turn of the century and for as long as 20 years thereafter.  Electrical supplies were not always reliable in every location of America at this time, so gas was an early "back-up" system.

Glass shades are sold separately.  The "up" gas light shades use 4" fitter glass shades, and the "down" electric lights use a 2 ¼" fitter.  We show the matched pair 082G and 083G as a suggestion.

Measurements:

• Height:  Supplied 44" tall, but can be shortened to as much as 29" by trimming the tube.
• Spread:  25"
• Canopy Size:  4 ½" x 4 ½"; 3" deep.

• Sockets take up to 100 watts each.  Up to 800 watts incandescent total.
