What a nice Art Deco Streamline sconce!  Heavily CAST backplate instead of sheet metal, this light has a quality construction built into it from the beginning.

Note the On/Off rotary switch knob at the bottom of the sconce.  Instead of just a plain switch knob (as they are usually made), we use a rare shape only made during the Deco era.  Note how the lines on the shade match the lines on the fitter, finial, and backplate.  A complete statement.

Sold without a shade to allow you to use a 1 ¾” slip-in Art Deco shade of your choice, including original antique shades you may own.  We are showing it here with our pictured Streamline cup shade.

The socket can handle up to a 100 watt incandescent bulb, or purchase our optional low profile LED bulb to maximize your energy savings.  Makes running the sconce all night long, perhaps as a nite lite, very economical indeed and cool to the shade as well.

Measurements:

• Backplate:  6 3/4” tall by 5 1/4” wide.
• Projection:  7 1/4” from the wall into the room, depending on which shade you will use.
• Overall Height:  6 7/8" from the top of the backplate to the bottom of the finial when using our streamline modern glass shade pictured.
