The bolt receiver is a separate box-shaped piece with a crown or wreath design.  The bolt itself is 13/16" by 3/8".  The large decorative guide piece near the top of the door is richly detailed, like a grand old picture frame.  There is a second smaller decorative box further guiding the long bolt, since it's about 20 1/2" in length.  The 1 5/8" diameter knob is very ornamental.  At first glance it appears to be a sunflower, but if you look closely, it's three sets of leaves, getting smaller to the center.  There is an acanthus leaf on the bottom of the track, finishing with a stylized pine cone.

Overall height with catch box:  22" x 2 1/4".
