This latch has a "turn knob" for the inside of the door, connecting to an indicator dial for the outside of the door. The indicator dial turn says 'OCCUPIED' in the locked position, and 'OPEN' in the unlocked position.
This handle works well for double doors, and with swinging doors. Steel shaft supplied.
Turn Knob Measurements: The backplate measures 1 ¼" wide by 3 1⁄8" tall. The twist handle projects by 1 3⁄8", and the steel shaft is 3⁄16".
Tubular Deadbolt Measurements: Overall case length is 3 ¼"; backset is 2 3⁄8". Deadbolt face measures 2 ¼" x 1 1⁄16".
Indicator Dial Diameter: 2 ¼" in diameter; the screw flags add to the height, making it 3 ¼".
This set can accommodate doors up to 2" thick.
