Lost Wax Cast brass, popular traditional Victorian design mail slot with sturdy spring action door.
Available in polished unlacquered brass finish that will tarnish to nice patina over time. May also be ordered in our hand-applied darkened "antique" finishes.
This mail slot is placed on the outside of the door. Sink the acorn nuts below the surface of the wood, and wood-finish over them, or you can really outfit the door inside with our matching back plate.
