This lovely Art Nouveau Series is all solid cast brass.  Art Nouveau was popular from the late 1800's through the Edwardian times in the early 1900's.  Graceful, flowing lines that highlighted the beauty of nature distinguish the style.  This complete set comes with a pair of our solid brass, scroll design oval doorknobs.

This is an interior mortise passage set which locks from both sides using a skeleton key.

Each Set Includes:

• 2 Doorplates with Knob & Keyhole Function
• 2 Doorknobs with the Connecting Spindle
• 1 Mortise Lock with 2 Skeleton Keys (choice of 2 ¼" or 2 ⁵⁄₈" backset)

Measurements:

• Doorplates:  2 ¾" wide x 10" tall.
• Doorknobs:  2 ¾" tall x 1 ¾" wide; each projects 2 ¼".
• Mortise Locks:
  • 2 ¼" Backset Lock:
    • Lock Body:  3 ¾" tall x 2 ⁷⁄₈" deep x ⁵⁄₈" thick.
    • Faceplate:  1" wide x 6" tall; ³⁄₁₆" thick.
    • Strike Plate:  4 ½" tall x 1" wide (plus tongue).
    • Distance from the center of the doorknob receiver to the center of the round keyhole bit is 2 ¼".
  • 2 ⁵⁄₈" Backset Lock:
    • Lock Body:  3 ¾" tall x 3 ³⁄₁₆" deep, and ⁵⁄₈" thick.
    • Faceplate:  1" wide x 6" tall; ³⁄₁₆" thick.
    • Strike Plate:  4 ½" tall x 1" wide (plus tongue).
