ANT-940  Unusual 5 Slip Shade Art Deco Chandelier by Globe

Globe Lighting Fixture Mfg Co. was located in Brooklyn, NY on 7th Avenue and 12th street.

They were not as big as companies like Lincoln or Markel, but, they did make some very interesting, and uniquely different Art Deco lights....and now... harder to find Art Deco lights.

This interesting chandelier is just such a “hard-to-find” and collectable item.

The cast frame has bold and striking lines and is finished in an old-gold and, at the base, faux wood look with highlights. Naturally, with the finish being original, there are some wear marks and rubs etc commensurate with it’s age. Not too bad...but existing. The shades are a nice light amber as can be seen. A very striking look.

We have totally re-wired this chandelier in our UL shop with medium base sockets and new supply wires. Each socket can handle a 100 watt bulb.

Measurements: Overall  height is 27”. Diameter is 16 1/2”.
