ANT-903 Pair of Scarce Streamline Sconces by Markel
Fine Streamline Art Deco sconces by Markel Electric Products, Buffalo, New York. Circa 1935-37.
Part of their 5200 series, but not made in very high numbers. To our knowledge, no chandeliers were ever made using these shades.
These nice sconces are finished in the "Venetian Bronze" finish (as Markel called it) over cast iron frames. These sconces were available either in this nice bronze finish, or nickel plated during the 30s.
Nice original finish and shades...but...re-wired to current UL standards by our UL listed lamp department. Ready to go and lovely. Will be supplied with all the necessary mounting hardware.
