ANT-892  Pair of Lovely Edwardian Candle Wall Sconces

Nice pair of Circa 1920 wall sconces.

Original hammered-effect oil rubbed pewter finished metal backplates.  The casting is really superior, with a nice crisp design, as shown.

Measurements:

• Height:  12" overall.
• Width:  4 ½"
• Projection:  4" from the wall into the room.

These sconces have been completely rewired in our UL shop with new sockets, new wire, and reproduction candle drip sleeves.  We have also replaced the rotary switches, made by Leviton in the 20s...and were still made up to four years ago. So these switches, by Leviton, are becoming even more antique as we note this.

Ready to go...nothing needs to be done and we will supply the light bulbs shown. The socket used is a normal medium based socket, so any decorative bulb made for a normal household medium base socket will work.  We are using a common flame style bulb, which we will include with the hope that it makes the shipping without damage.  These bulbs can be purchased at almost every light or big box store.
