ANT-327  Lovely Pair of 1920 Art Deco Wall Sconces

Antique sconces.  Cast backplates with a pewter finish in a hammered affect design.

The shades are really quite interesting.  Heavy cast glass with heavy embossed designs, they are a vibrant amber color.  I have heard these shades being referred to as “Bully Deco,” because of the heavy block and angular designs.

These sconces have been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new sockets and all new wire.  The sconces do not have switches but are hard wired to an electrical box for use with a wall switch.

Overall Measurements:  The overall sconce height (including the shade) is 9 3/8”.  The maximum width (including the shade) is 4 1/2”.  It will project into the room from the wall 6 1/8”.

Backplate measurements:  9” tall by 4 5/8” wide.
