ANT-1285 Matched Pair of Antique Art Deco 5-Light Chandeliers with Original Shades
Not every chandelier made during the recovering Depression Era was a slip shade light. These are nice examples of Art Deco chandeliers, with their original glass shades, that were made circa 1938. Especially neat and hard to find, is a pair for the same elongated room or hallway. Here we have such a “hard to find” entity.
The finish is totally original. Interesting bronze look center contrasting with solid brass fitters and body parts. A very striking combo. Naturally, with this age...there is some thinning of the finishes here and there...but these are antiques after all.
The shades are a combo of off-white glass look with clear elements and very nicely done too.
Measurements: 20” over all height, but, could be changed by adding chain links to the stem section. It has a diameter of 18”.
Re-wired in our UL shop, each socket is fully capable of a 100 watt bulb.
Price: For the PAIR, $1,350.00 for these neat and hard to find PAIR of chandeliers plus a small shipping charge.
No...we will not break this pair up. They are just too hard to find and we want to save them for a person who requires a pair and might be a bit frustrated with their search. If you like this style light, we can search stock for a similar single antique version for you.
