ANT-1108  Lovely Pair of 1910-20  Edwardian “Original’ Old Gold Finish Polychrome Wall Sconces

Original antique sconces with an original old gold and touches of poly-chrome style coloring...although...like a good oriental carpet, it is subdued and mellow and even has some wear....it is in....pretty good condition for all this time though...it probably could be brightened up. However, we like antiques to look like antiques so will leave it to the next owner to make that final finish decision. However...original to the MAX.

The shades are really nicely unique-antique too. Lovely shaped with original coloring...orginal decals, original, original original. If you want an Edwardian pair of sconces that reek of that era..these could be them.

These sconces have been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new sockets and all new old fashion rayon twisting wire. We have also replaced the rotary switches, made by Leviton in the 20’s...and were still made up to three years ago. So these switches, by Leviton are becoming even more antique as we note this.

Measurements:  The Overall sconce height is 10 1/2”. The maximum width (shade) is 4 1/2”. It will project into the room, from the wall 6 1/2”.
