ANT-1054  Lovely Pair of 1930-40 French Wall Sconces

Original antique brass sconces with an antique brass finish. Nicely shaped and designed with an abundance of rococo style design.

The shades are really quite neat and have the original French Vianne gold label of the glassmaker still attached. The label are a bit beat-up...but there. Vianne is now out-of-business. These true satin opal shades have a lovely gold design which is totally qualilty that Vianne was famous for.

With a strong bulb, they will give an ambiance that is just lovely.

Not easy to find quality like this.

These sconces have a rich formality and so much nice detail. So unusual and so striking.

These sconces have been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new medium base, normal, sockets and all new wire. A mounting kit will be supplied. The plug is now just decoration of an older time as it was by-passed in the re-wiring process.

Measurements:  The Overall sconce height is 9 1/2”. The maximum width is 9”. It will project into the room, from the wall 8 1/2”.
