557A-PIC Desk, Reading, or Picture Light in Polished Brass
557A-DK-PIC Desk, Reading, or Picture Light in Antique Brass Finish
This is such a classic, you probably didn't realize how early it was designed - reproduction is from 1920. Picture Light has a decorative brass backplate and adjustable green cased shade. We have also seen this light used very nicely over a restaurant table with low wattage bulb for ambiance, and by a desk or reading chair with higher wattage. Sold as shown with green shade. Since the bottom of the shade is open, white light pours onto the subject or task.
Our "Question Mark" chandelier is a fitting complement to this style light, and is available with four or six arms. Another fun fixture is our pool table light , finding new life over kitchen counters and islands in contemporary homes. A simple pan light such as ZA-433 also works well with this "early electric" period.
