332-RB-115 Leaded White Art Glass Shade Hanging Light with Rods
332-RB-115AM Leaded Butterscotch/Amber Glass Shade Hanging Light with Rods
Sometimes, simple is best. We have a lot of customers who don't want to see the bulbs in their ambient or task light fixture. This 16" diameter bowl shade is made from marbleized white art glass (and a butterscotch/amber glass also available) which is just lovely when lit.
The fixture is darkened brass of excellent quality. It would fit well with the popular "oil rubbed bronze" in homes today. Place several of these over a kitchen counter for a dramatic statement in any period home - or modern home! It's a classic.
Supplied to you 22" tall. Standard fixture has three socket rated up to 100 watts incandescent. By custom order, you can request up to three sockets, allowing for brighter or higher wattage light. Call 360-379-9030 for a quote.
The shade can be purchased separately as 0115G. You can see the same shade on our Nautical floor lamp, and on our Katherine desk lamp, although it's not necessary to match shades to complete your period decor. This leaded glass fixture would have been the height of fashion from late Victorian (1895), through Mission and Craftsman styles (up to 1920), right up to the Art Deco era. For those that didn't follow the Art Deco modernism, the leaded glass designs continued to be popular through the 1940's.
