ANT-239 Turn of the Century Unusual Light
For that really special application and sure to get attention.
A turn of the century (circa 1900s) ball chandelier with lots of lovely solid brass decor. We would assume that this is a wonderful entry piece because it has just so much going on. But, of course, it could be used in any room where a definite statement wants to be made. Original curved art glass in two distinct finishes and colors make up the entire ball. Simply a summation of the end of the Victorian era.
Replacing the light bulbs is done by opening the ball for access to the sockets. There are SIX sockets inside with 3 sockets lighting the top half of the ball and 3 sockets lighting the bottom half of the ball. For photography, we used low power bulbs so the camera would not blank out the detail by reacting to a high powered light source.
This light has been totally rewired to UL standards and is ready to hang.Measurements: 55 inches tall but could be shortened by removing some stem elements. The maximum diameter is 14". All mounting hardware will be included.
We suggest using some of our LED bulbs (pictured below) since this chandelier bulb changing might be a nuisance every 1,000 hours AND our LED bulbs last for 30,000 hours. And...we sell it cheaper than Lowes. Our heat sink grid is aluminum...not cheap plastic and quality does make a difference.
