ANT-181 French Dore Brass/Bronze Double Sconce
Very well executed French Dore Brass/Bronze double wall sconce with an imp face center.
The casting is simply superb. Meant for a great focal point where the attachment can be made with
screws as it does not have the American modern attachment point.
Circa 1910-20, it uses art shades with an old french socket having a modern American socket installed within it.
It has been re-wired and now comes complete with two LED chandelier bulbs that we help engineer and make for our sconces.
These fantastic bulbs only draw 1.3 watts but are equal to the output of a 25 watt incandescent bulb. And, the color...it is just so gorgeous, a mellow look even nicer than incandescence for great atmosphere.
