ZLW-36BL Polished Unlacquered Brass Reproduction Eastlake Doorbell
ZLW-DK36BL Antique Brass Finish Reproduction Eastlake Doorbell
ZLW-OB36BL Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish Reproduction Eastlake Doorbell
This is a Victorian Eastlake-style doorbell with a real porcelain push button. This doorbell was originally made by the Norwalk company, circa 1880. Ours is a recast of the original in solid high quality brass.
The lighter incised lines made by Eastlake were popular in furniture and hardware because they were easier to clean than the heavily carved or ornate Rococo styles of earlier Victorian days.
This fine lost wax casting measures 2 1/8" wide by 6 3/8" high, a nice slim size suitable even for narrow entryways.
The button is rated 1-24V, for standard doorbell circuitry.
Choose from unlacquered polished brass, or our hand-applied darker "antique" finish, or the new "oil rubbed bronze" very dark finish.
