Pottery Plaster Hand Cast ceiling medallion.  Cherubs or angels dance around the inner circle of this delightful piece.  The outer edge features a classic "egg and dart" pattern.  Just inside the outer rim is a narrow pattern that will match dentil molding.  This one has it all!
