Continuing our pursuit of early Russell & Erwin hardware, we offer their only lift-off door hinge offered in their 1870 catalog. Their original stock number had been #10, and we have added the size and (L) to indicate that the hinge is left-handed.
These are outstanding hinges for discerning clients. Note the steel pin for strength & lovely finials. Beautifully Lost Wax cast (a tiny bit oversize), and then profiled to precision by a CNC milling machine. Antiqued with a antique brass finish and lacquered.
5" x 5", with each finial adding 1 1/8" to the overall length of the knuckle.
