Available elsewhere are plain/ugly turn latches for Yale type cylinders.  Ours have a strong turn, and are used when two identical Yale lock cylinder types are installed.

Measurements:  1 1/2" long and standard 1 1/8" (1.156") diameter.

This cylinder turnlatch makes it easier to hold and turn with its larger flared design, plus it has a delicious Victorian flair.
