I-R11R Right Side Antique Reproduction Acme Cast Iron 3" Shutter Hinge
(Right Hand) Cast Iron shutter hinges re-created from an "Acme" original, who was the largest shutter hardware maker of the Victorian times. We have chosen the most popular strong size, 3", because of customer input that the smaller ones often break.
Sold by each; use two to mount an average size shutter.
These shutter hinges have the "open and locked function" improved, and they fit tightly together just past 180 degrees to keep shutters against the house.
Overall distance from edge of the hinge leaf to the center of the pin: 2 ⅝".
How To Determine Which Side You Need: stand on the inside of the window. For the shutter open to your left, you would use the left hand side hinges, and open to your right, use the right hand side hinges.
We also offer a decorative Victorian lady head shutter dog and both left and right latches with a shell pattern cast iron piece designed to hold the shutters back decoratively. These designs work well with contemporary, Colonial, and Arts & Crafts designed homes.
