C-4A  Antique Reproduction Steel Caster with Hardwood Wheel 1 5/8" Diameter

1 ⁵⁄₈" diameter hardwood wheel, steel frame caster - raises pieces approximately 2".

Both C-4 & C-4A are identical to most casters used Circa 1900.

Comes complete with steel sleeve, but many times these casters will snap into the old sleeves still in old furniture.

Measurements:

• Steel Shaft:  Length of shaft is 1 ¾"; diameter is approximately ¼" to ⁵⁄₁₆".
• Wheel:  1 ⁵⁄₈" diameter x ¾" thick.
• Steel Sleeve/Socket:
  • Height:   ~ 1 ¼" tall.
  • Width:  ¾" (toothed bottom) to ⁵⁄₁₆" (narrowest) wide.
  • Drill ⁵⁄₁₆" hole for new installation.
• Raises Furniture  approximately 1 3/4"
