Wall mounted rail bracket for either wood or brass rail --simple, concise, utilitarian.

This piece has a 2 1/2" diameter base, and projects from the wall 3 1/2".  The platform that the rail rests on measures 2 1/16" wide by 1 5/8" deep.  The rail is attached to the platform of the bracket with two screws.
