This impressive monster stretches over 26" tall, protrudes 15", and has a 5" x 8" backplate.

It mounts with four lag bolts, which have had their tops drilled and tapped for a solid brass cap.  These caps hide the bolt heads and add a classy, decorative touch.

The hand blown opal shade is one piece, not bits of bent glass.

Shipped to you in polished unlacquered brass, antique brass, or oil rubbed bronze finish.  Antique finishes are lacquered to preserve their patina.

In this large size, it would work well in large estate entry halls, 2+ story stairwells, and commercial buildings.  The Knight's Helmet was a popular style around 1910, the Edwardian Era.  It would be appropriate for late Victorian, Arts & Crafts, English Tudor, and Gothic style homes, for example.
