0146G  Markel Amber Glass Disk Shade

Markel manufactured and sold thousands of fixtures and sconces throughout the US, Canada, and Australia.  Montgomery Ward also carried his line of lights during the peak Art Deco years of the mid-1930's.  Often they are cast iron and painted iron.

In order to match historical apperance some colored shades are made using a water based dye or paint. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Do not wet.
