Solid brass - not plated pot metal.  Strong screen door hinge with adjustable spring.

3" x 3" plus add 1/2" for each finial for overall length.

Instructions for adjusting spring tensioner.

1. Insert allen wrench in one of the tension adjust openings at the top.

2. Increase the spring tension by directing force to the left.

3.Remove locking pin.

4. Re-insert locking pin to the desired position.
