ANT-1297  Magnificent LARGE and Imposing Pair of French Bronze & Embossed Art Deco Sconces

The shades date from about 1920-30 and are some of the finest examples of French glass making. They are about 3/8” thick at the edges...really beautiful glass. The Dusty Rose (okay…could be called pinkish) glass shades are fully and deeply embossed with the flowers protruding from the surface and the floral edges are nicely embossed.

How rare and unique these French sconces really are. We have not had a pair of really different and unique sconces like these, for a very long time indeed. The working of the glass is everything. Each sconce now contains 2 chandelier sockets for a more even lighting. We will include the bulbs you see here but they can be easily found at any Home Depot location.

Totally wired in our UL listed shop. There is no sconce switch as is typical with French sconces. Full UL mounting crossbars will be supplied.

Measurements: An impressive 10” tall by an equal 10” wide. These sconces will project into the room 9” at that center large rose but less in other place.
